No statutory right of withdrawal

Under § 312g (2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Because we make each product ourselves and only after your order, the statutory right of withdrawal or return does not apply.

Goodwill

A right of return is therefore generally not granted. In individual cases we may review a return or exchange as a goodwill gesture. Whether and to what extent we do so is at our discretion and does not create an entitlement.
